ATM9 is where groups go when they want the depth of the All the Mods line on the 1.20.1 ecosystem they already know: 400+ mods, the GregTech-adjacent endgame, and a mod list that has had years to stabilise. It is also the pack where thin hosting shows first — our own test rig measured ATM9 cold boots at over five minutes, and hosts that expect a server up in sixty seconds kill the install or mark it dead before the mods ever finish loading. We size boot budgets for what packs actually do. Add 10 GB-tier RAM headroom, backups before every pack update, and crash-loop detection, and your group crafts toward the ATM Star instead of babysitting a console.

  • Smooth upgrade path to ATM10 when ready

Built for admins

The boring parts run themselves.

  • Boot budgets from real measurements

Our sweep rig measured ATM9 cold boots at 5+ minutes — so our pipeline waits for mods to finish loading instead of declaring the server dead at sixty seconds.

  • The 1.20.1 ecosystem, kept intact

Forge 1.20.1 is the version the ATM line matured on. Install straight from CurseForge with the file ID auto-resolving to the latest build.

  • RAM headroom for the long game

8 GB starts a small world; 10 GB is the sweet spot most groups live in; 12–16 GB keeps active mid-to-late-game worlds comfortable.

  • Backups before pack updates

ATM updates can change worldgen and recipes. Snapshot a known-good state first and roll back in one click if an update misbehaves.

  • Live logs during the long boot

Watch all 400+ mods load in real time — if a mod pins the boot, you see exactly which one instead of staring at a dead connection.

  • Crash-loop detection

If the server dies overnight, our monitoring detects the loop and restarts it automatically — you read about it later, not wake up to it.

Questions

All the Mods 9 hosting FAQ.

Things people ask before signing up.

ATM9 or ATM10 — which should my group pick?
Pick ATM9 for the mature 1.20.1 Forge ecosystem: more mods have native builds there and the pack has had longer to stabilise. Pick ATM10 if your group wants the newest Minecraft version and don't mind a younger mod ecosystem. We host both with the same measured-boot pipeline.
How much RAM does an ATM9 server need?
8 GB runs a small private world. 10 GB is the sweet spot for most multiplayer groups, and 12–16 GB keeps busy mid-to-late-game worlds with automation running comfortably.
Why does my ATM9 server take so long to start?
That is normal for the pack: our own boot tests measured cold starts over five minutes. The danger is a host whose startup checks give up earlier than that — we size our boot verification to match what heavy kitchen-sink packs actually do.
Can I migrate an existing ATM9 world to CoalHost?
Yes. Upload the world through the browser file manager, take a snapshot backup before first launch, and your claims, machines and quest progress come with you.
Is ATM9 still updated?
The pack receives maintenance updates on CurseForge (project 715572), and our installer auto-resolves the latest published file — you are never pinned to a stale build.
