Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No long-term contract. You can cancel any time from your billing portal.
How does the player-count pricing work?
The first 25 player slots are included with every plan. Extra slots above that are tiered: 26–50 = €0.50/slot, 51–100 = €0.75/slot, 100+ = €1.00/slot. A 4 GB server (€8) already covers 25 players; scaling to 30 players adds 5 extra slots at €0.50 each, bringing the total to €10.50.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade RAM and player slots from your billing portal. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
