Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in the billing portal. Your server keeps running until the end of the current paid period, then is stopped and removed. No retention games.

What if my modpack doesn't work?

We pre-flag packs whose server zip we've seen fail boot (you'll see a 'known boot issues' badge). For packs we host, our crash-analyzer + AI diagnostic suggests a fix or restores from backup. If we can't get it running, email [email protected].

Can I change RAM later?

Yes — slide RAM up or down any time from the dashboard. Local servers resize on next restart. Cloud (Premium) servers need a one-time resize. Price scales linearly at €2.00/GB/mo.
