The world is populated with hundreds of new plant, animal, and insect species through a suite of nature mods (Alex's Mobs, Patchwork, Regions Unexplored); the pack's progression rewards learning and interacting with the ecosystem rather than fighting it. Passive farming and herbalism systems provide food and resources without combat.
