How Much RAM Does an FXNT Create Server Need?

FXNT Create pairs the base Create mod with a small, compatible addon set — Create Crafts & Additions, Create Big Cannons, and Create Slice & Dice — on Forge 1.20.1, without the quests or kitchen-sink bloat of bigger Create packs. See the full breakdown on the FXNT Create pack page. Because it's a no-quest sandbox, server memory goes almost entirely toward Create's kinetic simulation and the addons' own systems rather than progression tracking, so picking the right tier matters more than it would for a typical modpack. 4 GB

Bare minimum. Works for a solo player or a tiny two-person sandbox, but Create's kinetic simulation plus the Big Cannons and Slice & Dice addons leave very little headroom once a build grows past a few dozen rotating blocks.

6 GB

The best starting point for most servers, and the recommended floor for FXNT Create. Comfortable for a small group experimenting with contraptions without constantly watching memory.

8 GB

Safer for a mid-size active group, especially once builds start combining Create's rotational machinery with Big Cannons' ballistics tracking at the same time.

12 GB

For 10+ players or a long-running world with multiple large contraption builds staying loaded simultaneously.
