How Much RAM Does a Create: Perfect World Server Need?

Create: Perfect World is MrBeardstone's lightweight Create-focused pack for Forge 1.20.1, and it's noticeably easier on RAM than a deep automation pack like Create: Astral. See the full feature list on the Create: Perfect World pack page. Here's how much RAM it actually needs by group size. Finnish players: Minecraft-palvelin hosting is our native-language page. German players: Minecraft-Server mieten covers the same hosting auf Deutsch. Svenska spelare: Hyra Minecraft-server täcker samma hosting på svenska.

4 GB

The bare minimum for a solo world or a tiny group of two. It's workable for Create: Perfect World specifically because the pack is built to be lightweight, but there's no headroom once Steam & Rails tracks and a few Create contraptions are running at once.

6 GB

The best starting point for most servers. This is Create: Perfect World's own recommended floor on Forge 1.20.1, and it comfortably covers Steam & Rails, Stuff and Additions, Farmer's Delight, and Alex's Mobs for a small group without players feeling it in tick time.

8 GB

Safer for a mid-size, active group — several players building Create contraptions simultaneously, laying track, and pushing through the questline at the same time.

12 GB

For 10+ players or a long-running world. By this point the world has likely grown past the pack's default spawn area, with multiple active Create factories and rail networks loaded at once.
